Allen Sene has spent 15 years in marketing, with hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, email, direct mail, and business strategy. His instinct has always been to focus on what actually drives results: where things break down, why, and how to fix them. That problem-solving orientation eventually expanded beyond marketing into operations, systems, and organizational efficiency.
At Blumberg Digital, Allen joined nearly at the company’s founding and grew alongside it, starting in account management and operations where he developed a ground-level understanding of both client needs and how the business ran internally. That foundation informs his work today as EVP of Digital Innovation: building smarter internal systems, improving processes, evaluating and piloting new services, and helping the organization operate at a higher level.
