Amy’s story starts in the arts—singing, dancing, and theater filled her first 18 years and sparked a lifelong love of expression and connection. At her core, though, it has always been about people. With more than 15 years of experience working with individuals across the globe, Amy has built her career around helping others grow, gain clarity, and step more confidently into what they’re capable of.

Before joining Blumberg Digital, Amy spent the majority of her career in executive roles, working closely with business owners to help them expand their vision and become stronger, more effective leaders. At the same time, she consulted directly with small businesses, guiding them to better understand the paths available to reach their goals. She’s known for bringing the spark where there isn’t one—and for getting things done with a bit more flair than force.

Amy joined Blumberg Digital in 2019 as the company’s third employee, starting in client services and account management where she supported everything from lead conversion training to review generation and overall marketing strategy. Over time, she expanded into sales and growth initiatives, helping more businesses find the right marketing approach to scale. Today, she leads the company’s PR efforts and contributes to social media—where her early love of the arts comes full circle.
